You may be used to seeing Dana and Alison Doncaster of The Complete Chimenea Company selling Superchims® at shows and dealing with them for mail order. Well they have decided to get involved in new projects and we have now taken over the supply of Superchims® and accessories to the UK. Dana and Alison are still very much involved in the production of the chimeneas and are assisting us with the development of new designs as well as overseeing quality and specifications. They have over 8 years of experience with chimeneas and this resulted in the production of a unique chim,the Superchim®, which is perfect for the British climate as it can be used in all weathers and frostproof down to -20°C. We are proud to be the UK supplier of these fantastic chimeneas and we will continue to offer the same excellent service. We believe we are the only Company in the UK to offer a 2 year warranty on clay chimeneas. Why don't other companies offer warranties? Probably because they can't guarantee that their clay chimeneas won't crack in rain or frost.

Our background comes from another garden product, Canadian Muskoka Chairs sold under the company name Francis Bay. We founded Francis Bay and were the first company to bring Muskoka Chairs to the UK from Canada. We researched the market of Muskoka/Adirondack chairs to find the most comfortable and only when we felt we'd found the right one did we start Francis Bay.
